Mix 1 teaspoon of rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or avocado oil and apply this mixture on the bottom of your feet every day.


3. Sprinkle oil on cloth

Alternatively, you can sprinkle 3-4 drops of rosemary essential oil onto a cloth or tissue and inhale it as aromatherapy diffuser or vaporizer frequently.
