Many have experienced the same problems as the rise and fall or instability cpu usage on a laptop / computer. This often happens on the laptop / computer we are lead to data processing, applications, etc to be blocked. For that I will share how to overcome the problem of cpu usage.
The steps are as follows:
- Perform Scan Malware or Spyware
- Most likely the cause of the above problems because the act of malware or spyware that attack a computer without us knowing. Try doing your trust Antivirus Scanning uses to determine if your computer is free from viruses.
- Reduce Startup Programs and Services are running.
- How:
- Open the Start Menu
- Click Run, then type "msconfig" without the quotes
- In the System Configuration tab select 'service' or 'startup
- Uncheck the unneeded services.
- Click OK, Restar computer
Here is the Service that you are safe to turn off in order to reduce the CPU load:

Indexing Service (Slows the hard drive down)

Net Logon (unnecessary unless networked on a Domain)

- Stop svchost.exeThe last way is checking scvhost.exe, many thought that this service is a virus, svchost is actually the 'host' for various service dikomputer us. Svchost help the system run smoothly. Because it contains many svchost processes automatically, we can change the setting to manual so not much resource consuming. Here's the process:
- Click Start | Run (type) "services.msc" (without the quotes)
- Find "DNS Client"
- Right click and select 'Properties'
- Click the drop-down box in the "Startup type"
- Select to 'Manual'
- click Apply / Ok.Restart.
